BRINGING 35 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TO THE TABLE.
Steve Olson, the man at the helm of St. Paul’s made-to-order food fellowship, has been at it for 35 years. Steve got his start running a well-known chilled-treat restaurant chain franchise, but after 17 years Steve decided to set history in motion when he became a D’Brian’s partner. There he’d have his chance to apply his hands-on, how-ya-doin’ style of management (you can meet him almost any day at Cassie’s Town Square location). When Steve bought the Town Square location in 2005 he was able to keep the D’Brian’s name alive, even opening a new location in Lowertown in 2010. Finally, in 2015, after the license agreement with D’Brian’s ended, Cassie’s Deli and Catering was created, carrying on the D’Brian’s tradition of deliciousness and Minnesota niceness for years to come, only under a different name.
